The room is designed primarily with the intention of healing the mind, and different tools will be used in each room.
We will support visitors with:

- stories and powerful symbols in the space and on the walls;
- encourage disconnection from social networks;
- kick start circadian rhythms (using a worm filter);
- detox (using structured water);
- stimulation of all the senses(with candles and scented essences);
- awakening the subconscious mind (using coaching questions, tarot, and a unique meditation).

For some of the private retreats, even when staying in the dark, a special diet focusing on light and healthy meals is often required and so we will design special menus for the participants.
In addition, we are able to provide a variety of dietary requirements and detoxification programs to help cleanse the body and support transformation.
